Who we are

Bin & Ledger provides inventory and purchasing tools and advisory services to product businesses. You can reach us at BinAndLedger@gmail.com.

Our free tools

Files you open in our tools, such as your stock list, are processed inside your own web browser. They are not uploaded to us, stored, or shared. Closing the page clears them. You don't need to create an account or give your name or email to use the free tools.

Information we do receive

• Messages you send us, such as emails or interest requests, including your name, email address and anything you choose to include.
• Booking details if you schedule a call through our booking service, which has its own privacy policy.
• Basic website statistics, such as page views and the country a visit comes from, collected in aggregate by our hosting provider's cookie-free analytics. These don't identify you personally.

Paid engagements

When you hire us, we sign a confidentiality agreement first. We work from data exports you choose to share rather than logins to your systems, keep those files in protected storage, and delete them within 90 days after the engagement ends unless you ask us to keep them longer.

How we use information

Only to reply to you, provide services you ask for, and improve our tools. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use your data to train AI models.
